The Best Tourist Information Center Competition is a prestigious initiative of the Polish Tourist Organization (POT), which for the fifteenth time recognizes the highest standard of tourist service in PSIT (Polish Tourist Information System) facilities. The competition promotes good practices, supports local governments and local entities, and above all, inspires the improvement of tourist services.
The aim of the competition is:

- to improve the quality of services provided by tourist information points and centers,

- to identify leading entities that can serve as a model for managers of tourist information centers and points,

- to promote good practices, indicating the desired quality, organization, and management characteristics of tourist information centers and points,

- to increase the interest of local and regional authorities in creating and managing tourist information.
Who can participate?
Certified tourist information centers, both small points and larger centers, can apply to participate. The competition takes into account four levels of certification (1-4 stars) to ensure that the evaluation is fair regardless of the scale of the business.
